Helping Danske Bank A/S to properly close down bank branch

FSQUARE has helped our client Danske Bank A/S to close down its legal entity in Russia. Proper closure of a bank is quite a delicate task, requiring holistic knowledge in core banking principles, IT processes, legal & compliance regulations, intensive risk and stakeholder management.

FSQUARE role was to assist in orchestrating and supervising IT part of the bank closure, including IT infrastructure & applications decommissioning, also data management tasks in order to keep the bank in compliance with respective regulations.
